How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to provide and improve FixLine services, including account management, AI-assisted diagnostics, billing support, security monitoring, and service reliability. We also use information to communicate service updates, compliance notices, and product changes.

Document & Knowledge Base Data

Equipment manuals and other uploaded documents may be processed and indexed by FixLine to improve diagnosis accuracy across the platform. This includes model-specific retrieval and knowledge improvement workflows used by FixLine AI systems.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party processors to operate the service:

• Stripe for billing and payment processing. We do not store credit card numbers.
• OpenAI for AI-assisted diagnosis processing.
• Twilio for voice call infrastructure.

Data Storage & Security

FixLine data is stored in Australia (DigitalOcean Sydney region). We apply technical and organisational controls designed to protect data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Cookies

We use cookies for session management only. We do not use advertising cookies in the FixLine console.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@usefixline.com. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
